Discover funding programs for climate-smart agriculture
A new searchable directory powered by CANZA is the first phase of the Marketplace
Farmers are adopting practices that benefit their farms, the environment and society. Incentive programs, grants, cost-share opportunities, and industry initiatives are available for farmers to reduce the costs associated with this work, enable access to agronomic resources and learn from their peers.
In the CANZA Marketplace, we're offering a searchable directory of existing programs that support sustainable, regenerative, and climate-smart farming practices.
You can use the directory below to explore available programs.
If you create a free CANZA Marketplace account, you can unlock even more features, including:
- Automatic filtering of funding programs based on your profile
- Saving funding programs of interest
- Comparing saved programs
- Seeing more information about available programs, including stacking opportunities to access more funding for climate-smart practices.
Your next opportunity is just a few clicks away! Let's get started.
Million Acre Challenge Program
The Million Acre Challenge Program is designed to support farmers through the initial phases of regenerative farming practice adoption where risk is highest, while simultaneously building a marketplace that will provide farmers with returns for the environmental outcomes they create through their practice change.
Currently, this directory focuses on programming available to farmers in Ontario. We are expanding to include programs in other provinces, so check back again soon.
